Unprofessional business conduct. In an emergency, a price was mentioned over the phone that initially seemed okay. Only when the cylinder was outside after an endless "dilly-dallying" and intentional wasting of time, and of course destroyed, was the order form held under our noses to sign - it was only then clear that the price mentioned over the phone was a price per quarter hour!!! So be careful and question everything in advance and clarify thoroughly. Suddenly, we found ourselves in need and with an open door without a locking cylinder. This had to be "temporarily" repaired, during which the employee took an extremely long time. Of course, every quarter hour counts. Afterwards, we were also frightened - that the repaired cylinder would only last a handful of closures and would need to be replaced quickly. This would incur additional costs of well over 800 EUR. I later took care of that myself for under 100 EUR. Unfortunately, in the end, a typical locksmith scam like many others. Don't be fooled by the "good" reviews here - you can guess where they come from.

Locked out of the garage on Monday morning and called the locksmith. After a few minutes, I received a callback and arrival was announced for the following hour. Super nice and patient locksmith, who tried everything to find the least expensive solution. Absolutely top!

Very unfriendly greeting in the store by Mr. Maul. I had a concern with a sticking front door. The response was "I have no time, and if I do, I will do everything new." My explanation of the error was not addressed. No willingness to repair. I have never experienced such a dismissive attitude. A few years ago, I had the same issue with an employee of Mr. Maul, who resolved the door's sticking the next day. Unfortunately, the boss himself is too good for that.

I called beforehand and explained my concern to the employee, I wanted 2 copies of my old BMW key, the employee only wanted to do this with reservations and without guarantee. I then drove there and showed him the keys, he went to the back to his boss, who quietly said, "We don't do such crap."

Fast and great service. On the phone, the owner seems a bit grumpy, but in person, he is a friendly gentleman who knows what he is doing. And that at reasonable fair prices. 👍 Recommendable!
